Ihrsan are an original rock band from the north east scene; the name is Arabic and means “Doing The Beautiful”… or so we’re told…..

We write original music in a new wave, pop/rock style with an emphasis on melody and strong lyrics. All The songs are written by Lee, TD and Andy in a plethora of combinations, with influences from pop, rock through to punk and folk.

We write about our own experiences, things we observe in the world around us and issues we feel strongly about. We avoid writing the same genre twice which makes us impossible to pigeon hole.
